Return and Exchange Policy

At Wachenda Preschoolwear, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are pleased to offer an exchange on items that meet the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

How to Exchange:

• Process: To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service team at returns@wachendaschoolwear.co.za. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

Shipping for Exchanges:

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• We will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Non-Refundable:

Please note that we do not offer refunds. We only provide replacements for eligible items as described above.
